Editorial Policy

Famello publishes practical guides for family organization, routines and everyday parenting. This page explains how we decide what to publish and how readers can evaluate our work.
Who writes and reviews the articles
Articles are published by the Famello editorial team and reviewed by the product owner. Famello is a small independent publication and does not claim that its writers are doctors, therapists, lawyers or financial advisers. When a topic needs professional judgment, the article says so and directs readers to an appropriate qualified professional.
Sources and evidence
- Health, child-development and safety claims should link to primary or authoritative sources such as government agencies, professional medical organizations or original research.
- Product features, prices and privacy claims should be checked against the company's current official pages and dated when they may change.
- Statistics must identify a traceable source and enough context to understand what was measured.
- We do not invent family stories, quotations, product tests, survey results or outcomes.
Product comparisons and Famello's interest
Famello publishes some comparisons that include its own product. That is a commercial interest, so those articles must disclose it and describe meaningful limitations. A comparison based only on public information is labeled as research; it is not presented as hands-on testing.
Affiliate links and advertising
The public blog may display ads and may use paid affiliate links. A paid link is labeled near the recommendation, and affiliate relationships do not change the price paid by the reader. Payment does not guarantee coverage or a favorable conclusion. The signed-in family app remains ad-free.
Corrections
Material corrections are added to the article with the date and a short explanation. We may remove unsupported claims, update changed product information, replace weak sources or rewrite an article when its original approach cannot be verified.
How to request a correction
Email support@famello.com or use the contact page. Include the article URL, the sentence in question and, when possible, a reliable source. We review good-faith correction requests and update the page when the evidence warrants it.
